We employed obscenity legislation to prosecute copyright. In 1978, Congress enacted a law that prohibited the manufacture of copyright devoid of evidence of obscenity, nevertheless the legislation was restricted to content produced for pecuniary profit. It was not till following 1982, if the Supreme Courtroom held that copyright could be prosecu
